Teacher Rejects State Standardized Test

The item came from NPR organisation http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=90167639 A teacher in the Seattle School District is defying federal, state, and district regulations by refusing to administer the Washington Assessment of Student Learning test. He believes the test is harmful to students, teachers, schools, and families. (NPR)
